Special Order Part.  These drill-in hinges are 8mmin diameter and are used here in Ireland for older wooden doors.   These are a lift off hinge with a barrel pin and come in antique brass / old bronze colour.  They are whats knows as a finial hinge, (they have a crown-like top and bottom on the hinge as decoration)
